85–100 · Peak — everything is aligned. Do the hard thing.
70–84 · Flow — smooth and focused. Deep work day.
55–69 · Middle Ground — functional. Get the routine done.
40–54 · The Shift — energy transitioning. Plan, don't push.
20–39 · Still — rest mode. Recovery is productive.
0–19 · The Deep — high sensitivity. Be gentle with yourself.

BIORHYTHM CYCLES
The classic 23, 28 and 33-day cycles — physical, emotional, and intellectual — mapped from your date of birth. When they align, you feel on. When they dip, you feel it. PULSE lets you see the rhythm instead of guessing.

YOUR CHRONOTYPE
Everyone has a natural peak window — a time of day when they feel sharpest. Lion, Bear, Wolf, or Dolphin: PULSE identifies your chronotype and delivers your morning notification at the time that suits your rhythm. Not 9AM for everyone. Your time, for you.

BIRTH MOON PHASE
The moon phase on the day you were born is the anchor of your emotional pattern in PULSE — how you process, connect, and respond under pressure. Eight phases. Eight distinct patterns. Yours is permanent.
