Reley Fast Property Guru

Reley Fast Software Ltd

About this app

Walk round a property with your phone. Reley Fast Property Guru turns that walkthrough into an itemised refurbishment cost estimate, room by room and trade by trade.

WHAT IT DOES
- Film a walkthrough on your phone. No tape measure, no spreadsheet.
- Rooms are measured from the footage and listed with their dimensions.
- Costs are broken down per room and per trade, from a sourced UK rate book, adjusted for your region.
- See the deal maths worked from your own figures: profit, ROI, maximum offer, yield, refinance and BRRR.
- Get a report you can hand to a builder, a lender or a partner.
- Enter the address by postcode or from your location.

BUILT FOR UK PROPERTY
Regional labour rates for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, because a kitchen in Swansea does not cost the same as one in Inner London.

THESE ARE ESTIMATES, NOT A SURVEY
Every figure is an indicative estimate and decision support. ESTIMATE not RICS: it is not a RICS Red Book valuation, not a survey, and not a builder's quote. Room dimensions are estimated from video, not measured with a laser. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no return is promised or implied. Always take professional advice before committing to a purchase or a project.

WHAT THE APP NEEDS
Camera and microphone access, to film the walkthrough. If you talk while filming, what you say is transcribed and used as evidence alongside what the camera sees. Location access is optional and only used to fill in an address.

YOUR DATA
You can delete your account, your scans and the video and photos in them at any time, from Your account in the app or at rfpg.ai/delete-account.

What’s new

Improved anchor recovery after interrupted camera tracking. Existing room references are retained when a replacement is not usable.
