About this app

Turn a difficult breaker walkdown into a clear household electrical record.

CircuitDocket helps homeowners, renters, caregivers, facilities helpers, and electricians document what each accessible breaker appears to control. Build the panel from readable labels, connect circuits to rooms and fixtures, and preserve uncertainty when the evidence does not agree.

PANEL FORGE
Model the property, panel location, slot count, voltage, breaker amps, pole count, circuit labels, rooms, fixtures, and nameplate watts you can observe.

CIRCUIT WALKDOWN
Use a structured three-step flow to choose a circuit, name the fixture or area you checked, and record Lost power, Still on, or Not sure. Conflicting observations remain visible instead of being silently replaced.

CIRCUIT CANVAS
Read the panel as paired busbars with branches leading to room nodes. Text summaries mirror the visual map so observed, unverified, and conflicting paths are clear without relying on color alone.

LOAD AUDIT AND OUTAGE TRACE
Review recorded nameplate totals, estimated current, breaker-rating percentages, unresolved paths, affected rooms, and fixtures marked as important to an outage plan. These values are planning evidence, not electrical-code calculations.

FILES YOU CONTROL
Import a CircuitDocket worksheet, create a spreadsheet-ready CSV, generate a printable PDF panel legend, or save a password-encrypted backup. Android's document picker controls every source and destination.

SAFETY SCOPE
CircuitDocket is a documentation tool, not an electrical diagnostic instrument or proof that equipment is de-energized. Never remove a panel cover or touch conductors. Follow local rules and use a qualified electrician for inspection, repair, modification, or verification before work.

All records are stored in the app's local database. CircuitDocket has no account, advertising, analytics, or cloud service and does not request network access.
