Milk delivery slips contain a few small numbers that decide a household's payment. Checking them can be difficult when the dairy uses a FAT, SNF or CLR rule, a dated rate chart, additions, deductions and specific rounding steps.
Lebese gives the household its own clear record. Photograph a slip or enter the numbers manually, review every extracted field, and save only the values you confirm. Lebese then applies the selected cited rule and shows the expected amount with an arithmetic trace.
CHECK EACH DELIVERY
Capture a full-resolution slip through the Android camera. Text recognition runs on the device and suggests quantity, FAT, SNF, CLR and amount fields. You remain in control: correct uncertain values before saving, retake an unclear image, or use manual entry at any time. A learned layout helps with later slips from the same dairy.
FOLLOW THE APPLICABLE RULE
Choose a published rule from the versioned catalog or enter a sourced household rule. Every catalog rule includes its region, effective dates and citation. Lebese supports exact published FAT × SNF points, fat-only rates, total-solids rates and configured FAT + CLR formulas. It can represent dated per-litre or per-delivery additions and deductions together with step-specific rounding.
Lebese does not interpolate a sparse published chart or guess outside a rule's dates. If the selected source does not cover a delivery, the app explains the gap instead of presenting an uncertain calculation.
RECONCILE THE MONTH
See the expected total from confirmed deliveries, the total printed on individual slips, entered statement lines, the statement's printed total and the amount received. Matching begins with date and shift, then uses a unique date-and-quantity pair. Lebese keeps unmatched lines visible and calls out amount, quantity and unitemised-total differences.
NOTICE SUSTAINED PATTERNS
After enough confirmed records exist, Lebese checks a small planned family of patterns: a lasting change, a morning-versus-evening gap, concentration near a configured boundary, a new last-digit concentration, and one-way quantity or printed-amount differences. Minimum sample and effect thresholds plus Holm correction limit family-wide false alarms. Optional dated notes can place feed, animal, medicine or collection-equipment changes beside the numbers as context.
KEEP THE RECORD USEFUL
The delivery stream is organised by month and keeps the exact rule version used for each result. Export a local CSV copy when needed. A dedicated App PIN and Android biometric prompt are optional. The compact rule catalog is cached after download so confirmed records and covered calculations remain available when the connection is unreliable.
IMPORTANT LIMITS
Lebese checks arithmetic and patterns in the values you confirm. It does not test milk, determine whether a reading is correct, identify adulteration, establish a cause or intent, provide legal proof, manage a dairy or collection centre, compare households, or process payments. Always compare a difference with the original slip, statement and cited dairy rule.
Scan milk slips, recalculate cited rates, and reconcile monthly payments.
