HOW IT WORKS
Ugong guides you through a fixed recording protocol: place the phone at four named positions around the vehicle while holding the engine at stated speeds. This discipline makes every recording comparable.
The app recovers how fast the engine is actually turning from the sound itself, then analyses the signal against rotation rather than time. A component spinning at a fixed ratio to the engine produces a sharp signal at a constant order — visible immediately on the order wheel — instead of the smear you would see on an ordinary spectrogram.
WHAT YOU GET
A circular order wheel shows where extra energy sits. Your healthy baseline and the current run overlay as two rings, so what changed is visible without reading a chart.
Two sentences appear on the same screen: one in plain language for you, and a denser technical line for your mechanic. Both describe where the anomalous energy sits, at which engine speed range, and how confident the measurement is.
