ServFlo Tech is the field app for teams that run on ServFlo. Technicians see their day, work each job start to finish and get paid on site, with or without signal.
• My day and tomorrow: every stop with the customer, address, gate codes, safety notes, equipment and directions
• Let the customer know you're on the way, with a link to follow you while the app is open
• Job checklists and forms, photos with markup, videos and the customer's signature
• Good / better / best quotes from your pricebook, approved and signed on the spot
• Collect payment: a pay link QR code for the customer's phone, or record cash and checks
• Clock in and out, breaks and non-job time, and your timesheet for the week
• Team chat with the office and your crew, with notifications for new and changed jobs
• Parts requests, truck stock, expenses with receipts, and leads for the office
• Works offline: everything you do is saved on the phone and sent when you're back online
