BP Diary is a blood pressure log for people who use a monitor at home. Keep your readings together, follow changes over time and share a report with your doctor.

RECORD READINGS FROM YOUR MONITOR
Photograph the display and check the numbers, or enter them yourself. Each reading keeps its date and time. Add heart rate and a note when you want to. You can also enter readings you took earlier.

FOLLOW CHANGES OVER TIME
See your readings and averages for the last week, the last month or dates you choose. Compare morning and evening averages, follow the chart and look back at individual readings.

SHARE A REPORT WITH YOUR DOCTOR
Choose a period and print or share a PDF with your readings, averages, chart, heart rate and notes. Each reading includes its date, time and source. Camera estimates are kept separate from cuff and manually entered readings. Your history has no time limit, and reports can cover any period you have recorded.

CAMERA ESTIMATES AS ANOTHER OPTION
You can also save a blood pressure estimate from your phone's camera. Calibration uses a cuff reading before and after a camera scan to personalize those estimates. The app suggests recalibration after two weeks. Camera estimates do not replace cuff measurements.

FREE, WITH NO ADS
Recording, calibration, history, charts and reports are free. Start without an account, or sign in to sync your BP Diary across devices. Set reminders on your phone and export your diary as CSV or JSON. You do not need to use the camera to keep a diary.

DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
Camera scans need a working camera and steady light on your face. If a scan cannot be completed, you can still enter readings from your monitor and use the diary, charts and reports.

Not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Camera readings are estimates powered by Shen's face scan technology. Calibrate them against your cuff and confirm important readings with a cuff. Talk to your doctor about your readings.
