CLOCK IN & OUT IN ONE TAP
Tap your phone on the NFC stand at your workplace to instantly record your clock-in or clock-out. No manual entry needed. Simplin automatically detects whether you're clocking in, clocking out, or taking a break. If your workplace uses PIN-based clocking, you can enter your 6-digit PIN instead.

TRACK YOUR BREAKS
Start and end breaks right from the app. Simplin automatically tracks paid and unpaid break time so your hours are always accurate.

CHECK YOUR WEEKLY EARNINGS
See your earnings for each week in real time. View your regular hours, overtime hours, gross pay, deductions, and net pay — all calculated automatically including federal and state taxes.

VIEW YOUR SCHEDULE
Check your published weekly schedule anytime. See your assigned shifts, times, and roles so you always know when you're working next.

EASY ONBOARDING
Getting started is simple. Sign up, enter your store code or search for your workplace by name, and connect to your employer. Once your manager approves your request, you're ready to go.

PRIVACY-FIRST APPROACH
Simplin uses NFC technology instead of fingerprints or facial recognition. This means zero biometric data is collected — protecting your privacy and keeping your employer compliant with biometric privacy laws like BIPA, CCPA, and CUBI.

GPS VERIFICATION
Location is only used at the moment of clocking in or out to verify you're at your workplace. Simplin never tracks your location continuously.

AVAILABLE IN 6 LANGUAGES
Simplin supports English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and French — so you can use the app in the language you're most comfortable with.

MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT
Update your profile, switch workplaces, view recent clock-in history, and toggle dark mode. You can also delete your account at any time directly from the app.
