Orbit is your team's customer service hub. This app brings the three screens you use most to your phone: conversations, contacts, and your business data.

CONVERSATIONS
Follow every ongoing conversation, reply from your phone, and take over from the AI assistant whenever you need to speak with the customer yourself. Swipe a card sideways to mark it as read, the same way you already do in other messaging apps.

NOTIFICATIONS
Get alerted when a new message arrives, with a preview of what the customer wrote, so you can tell whether it is urgent without opening the app. Tapping the alert opens that exact conversation.

CONTACTS
Look up the history of everyone who has talked to you, with phone number, labels, and the notes your team has left behind.

DATA
See the information behind your service: products, services, prices, and whatever else your operation has registered.
