About this app

SubcueAI is an AI interview assistant for job interviews. It listens to the interviewer, turns each question into text as it is asked, and drafts an answer you can glance at while you speak — in real interviews and in unlimited mock interview practice.

LIVE INTERVIEWS: LISTEN MODE
Take the video call on your laptop or on another phone with the speaker on, and keep this phone beside it. SubcueAI hears each question through the microphone, transcribes it in real time, and drafts a first-person answer when you tap Get answer. It works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or any other video-call app, because nothing needs to be installed on the device running the call. Tap an earlier question to get a fresh answer to it.

MOCK INTERVIEWS WITH AN AI INTERVIEWER
Practice job interview questions out loud with an AI interviewer that asks follow-up questions based on what you just said — for as long as you like, with no fixed script. Rehearse behavioral questions with the STAR method, situational and technical questions, or the classic "tell me about yourself".

SCORECARD AND FEEDBACK
Every mock interview and live session is saved with its full transcript, and one tap turns it into an AI scorecard: an overall score, what landed, and the gaps worth closing before your next interview. Every practice round becomes concrete interview prep.

BUILT TO BE DISCLOSED
Before a Listen session starts, SubcueAI asks you to confirm that you will tell the interviewer you are using a live captioning and AI assistance tool. Use it the way you would use any other assistive tool — openly.

PRIVACY
Audio is captured only while a session is running. It is streamed to cloud speech-to-text providers to produce your transcript and is not kept after the session. No video is ever recorded. Transcripts are stored in your account so you can review them, and you can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

GOOD TO KNOW
Android does not let any app hear a call running on the same phone, so Listen mode is designed for an interview running on another device.

What’s new

• Every mock interview now starts with a randomly assigned interviewer, who introduces themselves by name. Tap "Change interviewer" to meet someone else.
• With the interview language on Auto and no resume or job description, mock interview questions now come in your app's language instead of English.
