EICR, EIC, Minor Works, Landlord Gas Safety (CP12), and smoke and CO alarm tests. Fill them in by voice while you're standing there, sign on the screen, and the customer has the PDF before you've packed the van.

RECEIPTS AND EXPENSES
Photograph a receipt and it reads it, supplier, amount, VAT, and files it against the right job. Mileage too, if you claim it.

YOUR DIARY
Every job, site visit and reminder in one place. It notices the work that comes round every year, like a boiler service or a gas safety check, and reminds you to ring the customer when it's due again.
