The premise is good; however, the execution is horrendous. It's non-intuative to use. It takes forever to load. You tend to spend more time reopening a current work order to log details of repairs than the repairs themselves take to complete. That's when it decides to register the asset, that is. Big battery hog, too. Save your money, and stick with paper reports.

Crashes when you add a picture from camera or library. Ongoing work timer resets when the application crashes or if the camera scans an incorrect bar code. On mobile there is no way to assign multiple work orders. Work is added one at a time with a long resync after each. Synchronization is now taking 3 to 5 min. and giving an error message.

I've been a subject matter expert on this App for many years now as I go to various locations and train staff on how to use. I haven't found another App with so many data metrics in my 20 years. The hardest part is the initial setup due to the amount of data required for this to be effective. If you operate multiple properties this App will streamline your Annual Budget,CapX,Labor Cost,Utility Usage, Vendor Performance You can attach vendor info, contracts & invoices.
