Voicecon Inbox is the mobile inbox for your Voicecon chatbots. Follow every conversation your website visitors have with your AI agent, and step in yourself whenever a visitor needs a person.

ONE INBOX FOR EVERY CHATBOT
- See conversations from all your chatbots in one list, newest activity first
- Unread badges show what needs attention
- Filter by chatbot, unread, or conversations that need a reply
- Search by message text, page URL or visitor ID

READ AND REPLY
- Open any conversation to read the full transcript: visitor, AI agent and team messages
- Reply from your phone and the visitor sees it in the website chat
- Take over from the AI with one tap, and hand back when you're done

STAY UP TO DATE
- Push notifications when a visitor starts a chat or sends a message
- Tap a notification to open that conversation
- New messages appear live while the app is open

CHATBOTS AND WORKSPACES
- See every chatbot in your workspace and whether it is live
- Switch between workspaces if you belong to more than one team
- Accept or decline workspace invitations in the app

YOUR ACCOUNT
- Sign in with the same account you use on the Voicecon web app
- Change your password, sign out of all devices, or delete your account from Settings
