About this app

WeFleet is the field app for operatives. It does two jobs: vehicle inspection reports, and mileage readings.

YOUR JOBS, IN ONE QUEUE
Sign in and you see the inspection reports assigned to you, with the vehicle and the booking attached. Claim a job, start it, and work through it item by item. Starting a check-out or check-in opens the right report ready to go. Nothing to print, nothing to key in later.

COMPLETING A REPORT
Each report follows the checklist your fleet has already set up, so the same things get captured every time:
• Text, number, yes/no and multiple-choice checks
• Photos and photo sets, taken in the app
• Damage maps - tap the spot on the vehicle diagram, add a photo and a note
• Customer signature, captured on screen at hand-over

Answers save as you go, so a half-finished report is never lost, and the moment a vehicle changes hands is recorded on the device as it happens.

MILEAGE READINGS
Record an odometer reading against a vehicle in seconds - at check-out, at check-in, or any time in between.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Underground car parks, remote yards, the back of a compound. Every answer, photo, signature and reading is queued on the device and uploads automatically once you're back on a connection. Each item shows its own sync state, so you always know what's landed and what's still waiting.

WeFleet is a companion app for people working on vehicles, not a fleet management console - reports and vehicles come from your organisation's existing WeFleet account. It requires sign-in details and the operative role, so speak to your fleet administrator if you don't have them.

What’s new

• Rental agreements can now be read and signed with the customer on the device before a vehicle goes out, so no hire starts without a signed agreement on file
• The damage diagram now shows damage already recorded on the vehicle, so you can see at a glance what's new and what was already there
