Wertek AI: Asset Management

Wertek AI

About this app

Wertek AI is the field app of the Wertek industrial maintenance platform. Every piece of equipment has its own digital identity and history, and technicians carry it in their hand, right in front of the machine.

YOUR ASSETS, WITH THEIR HISTORY
• Search for an asset or scan its QR code to open it instantly.
• The asset panel shows its latest readings, condition and trends, and labels every value as measured, derived or inferred.
• Check the asset's history: the work done on it and what has been observed on it.

WORK ORDERS
• Create, edit, start and close work orders.
• Checklists, a record of the work done, and photos.
• Real-time messages with your team on each work order.
• Preventive work orders on a calendar.

FIELD OBSERVATIONS
• Log a finding with up to 5 photos, its plant and its area.
• Dictate the description by voice.
• Turn the observation into a work order.

ULTRASOUND CAPTURE
• Record the audio from your ultrasound detector and see the waveform and spectrum live.
• The recording stays linked to the asset.

CONNECTED EQUIPMENT
• Variable frequency drives: live readings and drive data.
• Energy meters: consumption and readings from the meters connected to your organization.
• Alerts from your plant, in the app and as notifications.
Readings come from the sensors, drives and meters your organization connects to the Wertek platform.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL, TOO
Work orders, observations and captures are saved on the phone and sent automatically when the connection comes back.

FOR MAINTENANCE TEAMS
• Wertek is a service for businesses: your organization subscribes to a Wertek plan, and the modules you see depend on that plan. Nothing is sold in the app.
• Available in 14 languages.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• Each organization sees only its own data.
• Encryption in transit and an encrypted local database.
• Sign in with fingerprint or face, and app lock.
• Delete your account from Settings, immediately.
