I downloaded the app and connected with a Steren MUL -115 multimeter with clamp on amp reading. Everything worked good. The app has elapsed time, average, max, and min.

No reason for you to deny entry to this app due to location permissions asking for location permissions is not acceptable. App uninstalled.
