An app made for Boxers to act as a virtual trainer while shadow boxing. Sets a Timer to 3 minutes and calls out randomly 8 boxing punches (Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut). Not an instructional app but a training tool to help intermediate level boxers.

Needs Adobe Air... also very basic. Found "Boxtastic" instead and is exactly what Id expect from a boxing fitness app.

Really annoying music and ads. No features to adjust timing etc.

I felt embarrassed to even have it on my phone and it advertised an antivirus program very horrible experience
