With the update not able to print from home or in my local store trying to print from home every step works untill you go to pay and check out just reloads the same page when i go in the store will not connect to the step to be able to print printing from the actual store products wont load my phone because i was told my phone had to many photos not to impressed am told by staff theres nothing can be done please fix

I used tbis app successfully 3 years ago. Now it's pathetic. Doesn't let you choose the layout, size or shape and captions are impossible to load. Do you wonder why there's no response to critical reviews? Uninstall and go elsewhere!

I'll update my rating when the problem is fixed and when the app works for me again. Last year I successfully and easily created calendars, photo album books, magnets for Christmas.. All by using the app at home. This year, my photos won't upload in good quality when I select them and add them to my work.. I've spent already 2 hours fiddling with it. And it will result in me having to go in to the store to do my order through the store machines.. Which I don't have alot of time to do. It's been very annoying!
