The products are good, but Chogan’s shipping and customer service are extremely poor. There is no proper customer service phone number, and support tickets take an unreasonably long time to receive a response—if they are answered at all. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

It's an MLM. extremely Overpriced!, I was told that a perfume dupe of D&G was as good as the original; it's pretty close for sure 👍🏽, but hideously expensive for a DUPE and the tiny size! I get my designer-inspired fragrances only from The Essence Vault TEV. They are indistinguishable from the original and WAY cheaper for 3 times the size.

I've not been with the Company that long, I love the fragrances, dog shampoo smells amazing. Trying the nutrition and cleaning products next month. it's great so far ☺️
