Terrible company with the worst shipping and zero customer service. Chogan has been a huge disappointment. What makes it worse is that there is no proper customer service phone number to call. You are forced to open tickets and then wait… and wait… and wait. Ticket responses take an unreasonable amount of time, if they reply at all. Sometimes they simply ignore tickets once the package is finally delivered, even if the complaint was about delayed or bad shipping. That is unprofessional

The products are good, but Chogan’s shipping and customer service are extremely poor. There is no proper customer service phone number, and support tickets take an unreasonably long time to receive a response—if they are answered at all. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

It's an MLM. extremely Overpriced!, I was told that a perfume dupe of D&G was as good as the original; it's pretty close for sure 👍🏽, but hideously expensive for a DUPE and the tiny size! I get my designer-inspired fragrances only from The Essence Vault TEV. They are indistinguishable from the original and WAY cheaper for 3 times the size.
