Cube Escape was Rusty Lake's first series of games, introducing the Rusty Lake universe. The Cube Escape Collection contains 9 chapters: Seasons, The Lake, Arles, Harvey's Box, Case 23, The Mill, Birthday, Theatre and The Cave.

I've never played any Rusty Lake games until today when I decided to download this collection. I just finished 'Seasons' & I must say, I am HOOKED! The story's a little on the dark side, but I'm hoping for a happy ending as the games progress. Find items & complete puzzles in order to move along & progess through the story line. Everything matters! It may sound familiar, but it's actually a different take on the everyday HO puzzle/adventure game. It REALLY makes you think! Best for teens/adults.

Great start became "Watch Ads & Random Click:The Game". The first level set is great, but every level after kept introducing mechanics with no prompt, or not until after you've learned it's an option. I clicked a thing it wanted me to drag so I thought I was missing stuff. Ads for hints. Later you need to give somone stuff but if you click too high on the body it doesn't work. More Ads for a thing I had already solved 15 min ago. The confusing plot makes solving the puzzles worse. Had potential.

I was really excited to play this game when I downloaded it. the graphics are nice, and the storyline seems to be a good one...but every time I make more than 2 consecutive moves, (i.e: clicking the arrow twice then picking then something up, or picking something up then placing that item somewhere) the game crashes. This makes it annoyingly unplayable. I'm sure it probably works better on pc or something. It's just unfortunate for mobile users I guess.
