Cube Escape was Rusty Lake's first series of games, introducing the Rusty Lake universe. The Cube Escape Collection contains 9 chapters: Seasons, The Lake, Arles, Harvey's Box, Case 23, The Mill, Birthday, Theatre and The Cave.

Rusty Lake always presents intriguing offerings. I really like that each of these seperate stories can be finished in an hour or so, making it a great sampler to introduce the IP to someone unfamiliar with it, who doesn't want a big time sink. It's also perfect for those who enjoy the satisfaction of beating a game but don't have oodles of free time. This is an anthology of short stories rather than a novel. At the end of it, though, I'm quite satisfied.

I've never played any Rusty Lake games until today when I decided to download this collection. I just finished 'Seasons' & I must say, I am HOOKED! The story's a little on the dark side, but I'm hoping for a happy ending as the games progress. Find items & complete puzzles in order to move along & progess through the story line. Everything matters! It may sound familiar, but it's actually a different take on the everyday HO puzzle/adventure game. It REALLY makes you think! Best for teens/adults.

I dont normally write reviews and especially not long ones but this is by far one of my favorite games and I find myself always coming back to replay it. It is clear that the team behind these games puts a lot of care and effort into them and I appreciate that they don't put it behind a pay wall just to enjoy. I highly recommended these games to anyone that likes an actual challenge!
