Malísima atención de clientes! Just the worst app; hard to do what you want, poorly designed. Terrible customer service, and they direct you to use an insecure website. Your money doesn't show up for days to the account where it is invested with no way to track it. You have to just wait and hope it's right. You have to wait hours to chat with an agent, and they are of no help. I would like to completely close the account but of course you're stuck until the term of the investment expires.

Poor design of the app and I know the process and the Program in which this is founded the system still needs some adjustments to the usage of technical words. I'm new and do not understand most the options mentioned within the app. This need additional guides and glossary for better experience.

Antiquated design, and at the moment the app won't let me log in. Great to have money invested and not be able to access it. Honestly NAFIN should work harder on both the app and the website, even my local café does better.
