they have me waiting for a month and still they didn't open my account yet , i have a friend who lives in Europe hes account was open in 1 day , this is really disappointing , and every time i try to contact support the shity ai that they have doesn't allow me

Current App is not even app, kind of useless chat app. Name of the also does not reflect the main purpose of the product, sounds like customer connection application. I hope they rename and redesign it make looking like solid banking app.

App is very cheap not elegant. Also they want police clearance certificate or no criminal record certificate which may be easily obtainable in europe or some other countries but very difficult to manage in many countries like bangladesh. So if you are from one of the countries, do not even bother to open an account. And they only require passport for identy verification not id card issued by government.
