LSP Ware’s Mobile Atrium application is the next step in speeding and simplifying communication between contract interpreters and language service providers.

The Atrium mobile application provides interpreters with the information needed to be sure they do not miss an appointment and that their time sheets are submitted quickly, accurately and already approved by the client. Not only do the interpreters have all of the relevant information about the appointment at their fingertips, they even have a map for the location.

Once on site, the interpreters can track the actual interpretation times using a timer to calculate and record the times. Mileage, parking and other expenses can be recorded as well. When everything is finished, the client can review and sign the screen with a stylus or their finger. The information is then submitted and stored in the Atrium database with a date/time stamp of the submission. If the interpreter does not have internet service, the information is submitted once the interpreter has internet service and refreshes the app.

The Atrium mobile application was designed to be an extension of the Interpreter Portal for those companies who already use Atrium. Those interpreters who do not use smart mobile devices can still use the portal.

Hard to use not a smart app. Cannot reset my password. It's sending me in a never ending loop. Cannot easily view on Android phone and hard to find everything in one place. The paystubs are kept in a separate portal that is not phone screen friendly.

The recent update completely ruined the app's usability by removing the calendar feature. The calendar was the most critical tool for interpreters. It allowed us to see our entire day in one view, showing appointment lengths and the travel time between jobs. Now, we just have fragmented lists and have to do manual mental math to see if we are available for a job. Please bring back the calendar grid immediately.

Having issues when typing on the staff name, it would not show what people are typing. It will close up all of the sudden and sometimes it would also reset the arrival time when already working in a job, and reset the notes.
