Now you can access earnPOWER from your mobile device. This app requires an earnPOWER account and is intended for internal use only by GM dealership personnel and GM employees.

ACTIVE MOBILE PROGRAMS INCLUDE:

OnStar Pre-Owned Activation Incentive:
The primary function of this program is to allow participants to submit claims in earnPOWER when they properly activate OnStar on any qualifying pre-owned GM vehicle.

Service Lane Parts Spiffs:
The primary function of this program is to allow participants to receive points based on qualified parts being sold each month the incentive is active.

BuyPower Applications Incentive:
The primary function of this program is to allow participants to text customers a link to apply for financing using BuyPower Cards.

Sales Consultant Performance Bonus Program:
The primary function of this program is to allow participants to view their performance metrics and targets in the program.

Won't let me put in credentials. Even though everything is correct, it won't login. It keeps saying invalid credentials. Tried clicking the help button, nothing happens. Deleting it.

installed app before completing the training, didn't work, called support helped reset password, didn't work, called again told to reinstall app, didn't work, called support, sorry no support for app, not much support for a program we are supposed to use according to GM. seems to be the new normal . according to previous reviews this was to be fixed in October...what year?

stopped working aftet update, says my account is locked, must contact administrator. the app was slow before, but now completely inop. I have a new phone with Android 9. Does the App ever get tested before release, Not everyone uses Apple!!
