ゲームをしていたら何も写らなく真っ黒な画面になったので再起動したらエラーメッセージが出て開けなくなった。 どうしたらいいのか

先日レビューしたんですが、イベント開始後2日目からログインできないと報告したところサポートに連絡しろとのことなのでしました。ですが1週間経っても返信も来ず、アプリの改善も全くなし。特定の機種やOSで起動不可ならばその旨連絡くらいほしいです。そちらに言われたとおりにスクリーンショットつきで現状報告したのだから。呆れました。失くした信用は一瞬では戻せませんよ。ストレージを圧迫しているだけなのでアンインストールします。本当に悪質。

英語を含め複数言語対応ですが、日本語はなし。基本は体力を使ってダンジョンなどの石や木材その他を削っていく作業ゲー。ただその途中、パズル形式で決まった範囲内で岩を動かして進む必要のある箇所があり、そこだけは脳トレ的な要素があります。序盤はちょっとずらせば進めるけど、進めていくにつれ動かす順番が違うと進めなくなったりするので、入れ替えパズルが苦手な人は苦手かも。 体力はゴリゴリ削られるけど、回復要素がいくつもあり、最大体力も集めたアイテムでカスタマイズできるし回復スピードも遅くはないので、日に1～数回開いてそこまで頭を使わず気軽に遊びたいな～って人ならいいと思います。 自分は別のアプリのポイント獲得のために始めましたが、レベルも割と上がりやすいので助かってます。
