Rubbish - can't login as the password reset doesn't send an email - thought perhaps they have archived my login details (as last time I used it - it was a pile of pants) but when I tried to re-create the account I was advised that account was already in use! Absolutely rubbish. Will have to drive down to the surgery in the morning as otherwise it will be a 50 mins wait in their call queue. So much simpler when they would just pick up the phone!

A duplicate of the NHS app, not sure why I need two apps doing the same thing. Tried to book an appointment this morning and had to try several times as the answers to the questions are highly subjective and my answers several times led it to tell me to ring 999 - how much unnecessary work does this app cause to the ambulance service? Once I'd given the right answers, too late all the appointments had gone. I can't imagine how the elderly deal with this. Really poor.

Not too bad, I had to do the symptom checker a few times to get the app to book an appointment (rather than call 111, who then refer back to GP). But the best thing is that the app got me an appointment with a doctor in 2 days! If you phone the GP the best they can do on the phone is 16 days! And the fact it only took ~10mins in the app, rather than an hour on a phone call hold, bumped it from 3 stars to 4!
