Horrible app and platform. No way to print or transfer tickets. No web access. Installation of app is required just to access an event or venue. Very dirty and dishonest business model.

it's a bit difficult to understand which seats are available, and the process for payment it's a bit confusing!

Unethical company. They are using push notifications to serve ads of shows I haven't bought tickets for. The developer reply is wrong as there's no option to disable push notifications or ads and at no point during registration it was communicated that they would use the app to push ads. In fact it was stated that they have an anti-spam policy. Very confusing and unacceptable.
