TimeTrex Mobile allows employees to track their attendance from anywhere, even if there is no internet connection! Perfect for home care and trade professionals who are always moving between job sites. Attendance information is then sent back to the TimeTrex server where business rules/policies are applied, supervisors can be notified of exceptions (employees coming in late, leaving early, missed punches, etc..) and payroll can be processed in just a few clicks.

- Team Punch, select your entire team/crew and record their attendance in a single operation.
- GPS location is recorded with each punch and GEO fences can be enforced.
- Track time spent on Lunch and Breaks.
- Custom notes and fields can be recorded with each punch.
- View upcoming scheduled shifts.
- Submit requests to supervisors.
- Review and verify timesheets.
- Offline mode, continue to record punches even if no internet connection is available, data is automatically uploaded once an internet connection becomes available again.

***KIOSK MODE***
- Turn any tablet or phone into a powerful stationary (wall mounted) or mobile timeclock.
- Biometric facial recognition and photo capturing can be enabled for each punch to help prevent buddy punching.
- Employees can use QRCodes to instantly punch in/out using the camera.

Ratings and reviews

The app Looks good. Every Time I would have a issue i would call then and they would work on it and the next day or so a update to the app would be available. they also are willing to work with the Android tablet model I have that is not on there list of tablets. Once they made all the improvements the face recognition along with the performance improvements to the app it much more usable on a wider range of android devices. The people I talk to are kind and will even look at the local hosted TimeTrex to see if anything is needed to fix the app. I would recommend TimeTrex to any business that can afford to use their services. I hope they keep up the good work and make the app and website even better at time goes on. Thanks for taking the time to read this

The setup was quick and easy,and it integrated seamlessly with our existing operations -very impressed with the smooth transition.

Makes it super easy to clock in and out from your phone. Also by going to their website and clicking on desktop, you can view everything from your phone. This really makes it easy when you have to clock in or out and there is a line or the computer is acting up. I definitely recommend using this or at least downloading for back up.
