Ratings and reviews

The app keeps crashing when I try to order any service such as scan or shred. It was working well before. The customer service can place the order when contacted, which is good, but it takes a long wait. I had asked them to fix the app. It has been two weeks and nothing happened. Now I have to call them again to place more scan and shred request for new mails. Not at all convenient. Hope they fix the app soon otherwise it is useless!

Ive had this service for almost 5 years and have never had an issue until the past couple months. When my partner company receives mail I get an email notification, great! But the app is also supposed to notify me. Not the case anymore. Yes, all of my notification permissions are set correctly. It's really nice to be able to just look at the app and see the red bell instead of checking my email inbox.

The service is okay, but it sucks that you can't forward mail to anywhere except the US, Canada, and Mexico. On the other hand the app is terrible. You can do basic stuff like view your mail, discard, shred etc. But anything else, like account related things you have to go to the website, and that's also difficult to navigate.
