The app doesnt recognise my card or suscription, though i can use it if i access the web from my laptop. no one replies to the client service email nor to the phone. It's worthless.

I have chosen to use the app in Dutch (BE). When I go for example to 'my account' or 'offers' in the app, I see everything in French (French appears even in more places in the app). I also have to authenticate myself every time I want to consult tickets or my UGC card, even if I am already authenticated in the app. Therefore the UX is very poor. The app feels like a 1 star app, the only reason that I have given 2 stars instead of 1 is because in the end I was able to buy tickets.

The app just redirect to the website (like it's only a button which opens the website in your browser app) . It's been 3 months. Why bother making an app if it's only a link to the website?
