The SARS eFiling App is an innovation from the South African Revenue Service (SARS) that will appeal to the new generation of mobile taxpayers. With the new eFiling App, taxpayers can complete and submit their annual Income Tax Returns quickly and easily on their smartphones, tablets or iPads and receive their assessment. The SARS eFiling App brings simple convenient, easy, and secure eFiling to the palm of your hand, anytime, anywhere.
As a registered eFiler you can use the SARS eFiling App to:
• View, complete and submit your annual basic Income Tax Return (ITR12)
• Save and edit your ITR12 locally on your device
• Use the tax calculator to get an indication of your assessment outcome
• View the status of your return once submitted
• View a summary of your Notice of Assessment (ITA34)
View a summary of your Statement of Account (ITSA).

Not user friendly at all. I've been struggling with the verification codes for some time now, although I put in the correct code as received on my email, but it still says it's incorrect. tried 10 times already, I have given up ! !

This is the most difficult app ever experienced, I tried so many times to login, can't even update cell numbers or banking details, and even biometric catch not working on my mobile phone.

Can't give any stars because the app doesn't work on my phone no logging in because my new password i'm creating does not comply with the password rules though I'm following it and go above and beyond to make it extra super secure SARS still tells me that doesn't comply with passwords rules can't file my SARS so I geus when SARS pull up to lock me up ill be filling my taxes unfortunately i can leave no start as google does not allow it so1 it is
