Unlike other parking apps, with AirGarage there's no more guessing on how long you'll need to be parked and either 1) overpaying, or 2) running out of time and getting a parking ticket.

Ratings and reviews

Reserved a spot out of town, got towed as did others the same night that used it. The spot we were at was confusing based on some changes in the lot and 2 lots being in the picture on the app. Would be good to have an arrow or some indicator if multiple lots are in the picture. Air Garage gave me a refund without me asking due to my experience. Thank you.

App is scamming people for parking fees. It's not clear that it runs indefinitely rather than asking how long you want up front. Then they refuse to refund even if you have proof of leaving, such as a restaurant receipt. We had a 2 hr validation code but they just kept the time ticking, which seems like the opposite of how most people are used to paying for parking.

The app has been automatically ending my rentals when I have not ended them and then proceeding to start new ones shortly thereafter with an additional fee. The result is me being charged twice, with both charges being the daily maximum for the garage where my car is. The app also does not alert you in any way as to when your rental has ended or close to ending. The FAQ says you start and end your own rental on the app, but this is a lie.
