As pretty much everyone else has shared this app does not work very good at all... The one thing it does that I like is you can see what temperature you have the sock set at through your phone, just in case if the button gets bumped as I have that issue.It seems like the timer does not work through the app. And also I lost Bluetooth on one of the 2 socks, so I'm gonna try to delete and reinstall, and hopefully it'll go better.

The past year I could not get my clothes to hook up to the app. Today I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. BINGO, I opened the app the the clothes were already ready to be turned on. My other issue is that I had the clothes hook up to 1 large external battery pack and now they will not run on 1 battery. Could it be the clothes, IDK. it might be more of the external battery pack issue.

Won't connect. It connected the first time, than later when tried it can't find any device. Is there some instructions I have to follow? OK I see the reason it wasn't turning on, it's because you jave to jave your location position ON. Otherwise it won't find your bluetooth. Even though it asks for permission, but you still have to manually turn it on.
