About this app

The project is a mobile-based application software to collect vegetable rates in the Aizawl market. The farmers in rural areas using this app will have better up-to-date information about rates in Aizawl that will ultimately help them sell their harvest for a better return.

The official user also gets up-to-date information and analytical data on vegetable rates in a time series graph to understand the market better.

The android mobile application will be publicly accessible and farmers can use the app to get up-to-date rates with a pictorial representation of the trends in the rate of vegetables. The same app with authentication can be used by an official agent to collect rate information on a regular interval from the Aizawl market. The interval for collecting and entering the market rate to the app can be maintained as well.

Data will be collected from two markets twice a week within the Aizawl area i.e. Mission Veng market and Dawrpui main Bazar
