I've been using it for some years now. It was good at first, but it got so bad with time. The menus are not updated. The opening hours are not correct. I just had 3 of my last orders canceled because apparently the restaurants were closing. It's so dumb to have an app in 2024 where you get your orders canceled one by one just because they can't put a simple condition to not let people order when the restaurants are closing.

Very disappointed with Baboon’s service. The restaurant was waiting for the courier for 50 minutes, and no one responded through the chat or the app. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. The total delay in Tirana was more than 150 minutes, which is unacceptable. If you cannot manage deliveries properly, at least communicate with your customers. This experience was extremely frustrating and a waste of time.

The app is good and the service too. I would suggest having some internal way of verifying the availability of offered products from the shops because I was called twice telling me that what I had ordered was not available as well as adding an option to receive the order at a desired time.
