One app for booking appointments and managing your business.

yer.al brings together customers booking appointments and businesses offering appointments in the same app. No need to download separate apps — the app opens the appropriate screens for you based on your account role.

IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER

• Discover businesses near you
Hair salons, barbershops, beauty salons, spas, massage parlors, nail and tattoo studios, pilates, dieticians, veterinarians, and more. Browse on a map or in a list, and set your own search radius.

• Review before you decide
Photos, services, prices, opening hours, ratings, and real customer reviews on the business page.

• Book appointments in seconds
Choose the service and available time, and even select the employee if you wish. If you can't find a suitable time, "Find the First Available Date" will scan ahead for you.

• Type in with the assistant, and it will handle the rest
Just type "Friday morning blow-dry". YerAl Assistant will find a suitable location and time and create your appointment.

• Book appointments without being a member
As a guest, create your appointment with SMS verification; you can then view and cancel it.

• Track your appointments
Upcoming and past appointments, reminder notifications, one-touch cancellation. You approve if the business changes its hours.

• Favorites, messaging, and reviews
Save your favorite places, chat with the business from within the app, and leave ratings and reviews after your visit.

Your entire team's day on one screen, with separate columns per employee. Confirm, start, complete, or mark appointments as "missed".

• Cash register and collections
Cash, card, wire transfer, and credit collections; partial payments, discount application, POS and bank account selection. If the customer has a package, the session is automatically deducted.

• Current account and receivables tracking
Customer-based debt, collection, and outstanding receivables breakdown.

• Team Management
Add employees, define their services and working hours, and approve leave requests. Detailed administrator permissions.

Keep track of your business's pulse with cash register, employee performance, product sales, customer, and income/expense reports.

PRICING
yer.al is completely free for customers.

Businesses can try all features for free for 15 days. After the trial period, subscription is made via credit card (3D Secure) within the app. You can also continue with a trial account without a subscription.

Appointment fees are not collected through the app; you pay the service fee directly to the business.
