Albert Connect is the private marketplace where concierges and service professionals trade with each other, safely.

TRADE SAFELY
When a client pays, the money goes to neither of you. It is held by our licensed payment partner until both sides confirm the job is done. If something goes wrong, you do not argue with each other: you tell us and a person decides.

FIND AND SHARE DEALS
Post the requests you cannot fill and keep your share. Answer the ones you can with a price. Offers are private: each concierge sees only their own, so nobody can undercut you.

EXTEND YOUR NETWORK
Meet concierges and service professionals in other countries. Every member is approved by a person and rated after each deal, so you know who you are working with before you talk to them.

EVERYTHING ON RECORD
Mandates, quotes, agreements and invoices are generated for every deal and kept in your account.

EARN POINTS
Albert Rewards gives you points on every transaction you put through Albert, redeemable for hotel nights and gift cards.
