Terrible. One of my clients has to be picked up from church on Sunday, and dropped off or picked up at a community center on weekdays. The app will not let you clock in/out if you are too far from their home address, and there is no way to add different locations. No way to log in twice in one day; sometimes I work early morning and then evening with same client. This is worse than Caregiver +.

app freezes up all the time it won't let you do anything half the time it keeps saying my location is not found it won't you open and start your shift or end your shift. no matter what I do I have uninstalled and reinstall the app I have restarted my phone. this needs to be fix it really hard to take care of clients if you can't log in you can't do your check list you can't document anything.

Pros: It's convenient to enter data just using a small device vs laptop or a notebook. Cons: You cannot see most of the tables, just the first two columns, but if you change screen orientation, it will kick you to the initial page. When you sign in or sign out, often it tells you that you're not there per GPS, and I'm right next to the pt. It doesn't always save your input, doesn't always close even when it tells you the visit is closed. You go back a min later and see your visit is not closed.
