Had this issue multiple times I recharge my number through the app, and a few hours later the balance just disappears. They literally take your money for nothing, no service, no explanation. The app doesn’t even show payment history, so you can’t track anything. Tried going to their branch, but they don’t solve anything and act like it’s not their problem unless you’re ready to pay for a new number because they say the old one has “technical issues.” Total scam vibes

The app has everything that is required to manage your tariff plans and payments, it has an in app shop to buy new devices, an option to purchase an esim and more. All that sounds good but some pages work smoothly while others are lagging and page elements are overlapping. But my biggest complaint is that the app keeps logging me out constantly. So, overall I can't rate this app any higher

I have subscribed for 30 days package with free apps. Once data is used up free apps stops. I bought only data and free apps starts to eat up my data. My friends use other telephone company where the package says 30days. All the free apps even when data is over free apps works for the entire validity period. I tried to chat with help online even bot is unavailable to give your usual excuse.
