Constant issues with the camera and application synchronization. Whenever I'm getting calls, there is no way to see any picture, I can't even check the camera to see if it's working or not the same gray placeholder. Another issue that I want to highlight is Face recognition has never worked, I have basically uploaded 6 different pictures, no results.

the menu and error messages of the Armenian version of the app are in Russian!! There's significant delay between actual ringing and receiving the ring on the app. Very often it takes a long time for the application to load (immagine we are freezing at the door and want to open the door with the app). Needless to say sometimes the door won't open at all
