Terrible app, allows taxi drivers to "confirm" they've arrived when they're miles away, with no option for the user to do anything about it - wasted 20 minutes of my life waiting for a driver who "arrived" but was miles away and not moving at all, I couldn't cancel it. It also gives no ETA, so you're stuck wondering when the driver will arrive.

The app itself isn't always well programmed and it can be difficult to pick your departure point for example compared to other app... Still, as a foreigner in Armenia, GG was the only app that was working ! Normal taxi only accept cash and I wasn't going to withdraw local currency just for my last 3h in the country... Where the rest of life could be paid by card... Some competitors only accepted Armenian phone numbers... And some needed a code but failed to send the SMS... GG saved the day !

Update: The Shuttle service is horrible. The Punctuality must work only one-way: it applies only to customers. It is ok to wait 40 minutes for a driver, or the GG to figure out who will ride a drive. But being late 10 is fatal - you lose your money.
