This is the best app ever if you like being stranded without other transport options. Drivers will keep you waiting for 10 minutes and cancel or call you to pester you about cancelling so they can make more money, or to switch from card to cash payment. I can't believe I'm saying this but somehow Yandex is more honest and reliable.

The first 2 rides were okay, but for the last short ride after waiting around 8 minutes for the car, the car arrived, the driver just looked at me from the different side of the road, waited for 1 minute, and then canceled the ride and drove away. No reason, no excuse. I think he expected me to cross the road with 2 boxes where it's dangerous and not allowed The support is awful. They answered the reason for the cancellation only on the next day, which was a blatant lie from the driver

This app does not show the price in advance, which is very inconvenient. For example, you go somewhere, the driver waits for you, and then you need to return, but you have no idea beforehand how much you will have to pay. You also can’t cancel. The whole process feels unclear and confusing. If I have to travel the same distance back and the price suddenly becomes higher, I might not agree to it. The app also does not allow me to correct or edit the address for where I am waiting or going.
