About this app

The application - written for evangelization purposes - gives you the opportunity to thoroughly familiarize yourself with the content of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Searching by thematic entry is available (the list of entries is identical to the thematic index of the book edition). You can (offline) browse the catechism by numbers, sections (structure), tabs and search for any word in its content. The application does not contain ads.

The "Themes" interface allows you to select the first letter of a thematic entry. After selecting the first letter of the thematic entry, the second "Topics" screen appears with a list of entries corresponding to the selection made. After selecting a thematic entry, another screen appears, where you can select the number of the catechism related to the content of the selected entry. After selecting one of the available numbers, the "Result" screen appears with the text of the entire catechism focused on the selected fragment.

The "Search" interface allows you to find more fragments containing entries selected by the user than the thematic index.

The application also allows you to view the structure of the catechism. In the "Sections" interface, you can select individual parts of the catechism and their subsequent components. You can also read the Apostolic Constitution "Fidei depositum", which was published on the occasion of the publication of the catechism.

The application allows you to quickly find the selected number in the catechism. From any application interface, select the "Numbers" option from the menu and a window opens in which you can select a range of numbers. The use of range selection allows you to reach each number of the catechism with three clicks.

Adding and updating bookmarks is also available.
