About this app

A new application for student activity coordinators: It creates an activity plan for the entire year, distributes its programs across the weeks of both semesters, monitors their implementation, and prints reports ready for the school administration.

Plan Creation

• Plans for the semester, class, grade, or cumulative plan.

• You select your preferred areas and the number of weekly sessions, and the application handles the rest.

• Automatic planning organizes the programs across the weeks without gaps or missing programs, and includes national holidays in their respective weeks: National Day, Founding Day, Flag Day, and Teacher's Day.

• What the application has prepared remains yours: You can modify and move programs between weeks, and add days and events of your own.

Monitoring

• A weekly schedule displays what is implemented in each semester, along with the percentage of implementation for each program.

• A Hijri calendar links each week to its corresponding date.

Reports — Exported as print-ready PDFs for signing

• Weekly Term Plan: A wide grid showing the content of each lesson.

• Program Plan: A detailed table for each term, including the program name, subject, number of lessons, start and end weeks, and total number of lessons.

• Program Implementation Report, New Program Report (with images), and Extracurricular Period Report.

• Each report includes your school's letterhead, the name of the activity coordinator, and the principal's signature.

Your Data on Your Device
Your plans, programs, and images are stored only on your device, encrypted, and are not uploaded to our server. We only store your account: your email, your primary school data, and your associated device. Because this is a local operation, please create a backup from the "Backups" section after each important task and save it off your device.

Login
No password required — a code is sent to your email each time. The account is linked to one device, and you can transfer it to a limited number of other devices.

Connection
Required for logging in and updating program directories. All other functions — building, modifying, and printing — take place on your device.

A fully Arabic interface, right-to-left, and a Hijri calendar.
