Ratings and reviews

Have used this app for a few years now, but it has been very unreliable lately. Firstly, very bad customer service especially after they introduced the chatbot which doesn't work. Secondly, have to input order id individually into chatbot to get delivery info which is unnecessary extra steps especially if we have multiple orders. Lastly, it is very unfair when buying multiple items because service charge and delivery fee is multiplied by as many items as has been ordered.

I thought it was good and started using it but I can't get the items I search for. I was searching for items in using medhey in shein but can't get the items I want.Plus I wanted to order an item which cost around 470 but with all the charges it cost me 830 almost double.

store things are good but international shopping like shein product's are totally different from shein why?And where is Amazon now?
