Receipts printing issue. The receipts are not getting fully printed. It stops in the middle. I've checked the printer many times, but it's not the printer issue. The app needs to be fixed.

Respect Sir, I have been working as your easy pay agent for the last year. And I didn't have any problems. But since I updated your easy pay app a few days ago, the bill payment receipt does not print from the Bluetooth tharmel printer I am using. The Bluetooth printer I am using is Bluprints model ( BP2BT THERMAL RECEPIT PRINTER 2 inch/ 58 mm). I am very upset that the receipt is not printed suddenly without any prior instruction.
