Tilvalgsportal aims to make the experience of buying a newly built home seamless by developing digital tools that will simplify the phase after a newly built home has been sold, both for the developer and the buyer. Through our website and mobile app, you as a buyer can:
Monitor the construction process: Follow the schedule and progress, and receive updates and practical information about the project.
Communicate with the developer: Keep all communication within the system.
Find documents, photos, media, etc.: Have control over all documents and media related to the device.
Manage tasks: Get notifications when you have outstanding tasks and deadlines, and contact responsible parties if you need support.
Choose options and upgrades: Make all options and upgrades in a user-friendly environment online.
Give developers feedback through surveys: Give direct feedback about the project, the process and the project manager through surveys.
