About this app

Aether is a complete NFC toolkit to read, inspect, write and clone your own
tags — built for enthusiasts, makers and security professionals working on
hardware they are authorized to handle.

SUPPORTED TAG FAMILIES
• MIFARE Ultralight / NTAG — pages, counters, lock bits, NDEF
• MIFARE Classic 1K / 4K — sector view, key authentication, access-bit
decoding, MAD
• DESFire EV1 / EV2 / EV3 — application browsing over ISO-DEP APDU

PRIVACY
Aether runs entirely offline. No data is collected or transmitted: your dumps
and keys stay on your device. The app only requests the NFC permission.

RESPONSIBLE USE
Aether is intended for analyzing and backing up your own tags, or tags you are
explicitly authorized to handle. Do not use this app to access systems or media
that do not belong to you.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
An Android smartphone with NFC. The Proxmark3 terminal requires a Proxmark3
device connected over USB OTG or Bluetooth.
