“Call to Conscience” instructions help conscripts, reservists and military personnel refuse military service. Open the app after installation to download the content.
Key features:
• 80+ instructions for different cases. Explanations, step-by-step algorithms, FAQ answers, guides, success stories, document templates. How to obtain alternative civilian service, refuse military training and mobilization orders, protect yourself from mobilization, resign from contract service. Updated following changes in law and practice.
• Offline access. After the first open, all materials are saved on your device, updated and available without internet. Useful in areas with unstable connectivity or during blockages.
• Free legal help. The “Get help” button connects to the hotline via Telegram or other channels.
• Quick search. Find information by keywords — for example, “summons”, “mobilization”, “deferral”.
• Backup mirror. If the main website is unavailable, the app offers an alternative way to access the materials.
• Display customization. Dark mode for night reading and enlarged font for comfortable use.
Privacy: The app requires no registration, collects no personal data, and shows no ads. The only analytics is technical crash reports (without IP address or user identifiers). Privacy policy link is available on the store listing page.
