Ratings and reviews

The app has good functionality but as a landlord it frustrates me that rent payments are in the "bank processing" phase for days (I currently have one that's been like that for 4 days), when we all know most payments these days are more or less instant. Just a way of holding my money for longer.

SCAM. A service that is developed for estate agents to reduces their admin work but who pays for it, "Tenant". i understand there is free manual service but recurring transactions are charged. why can I not set up regular DD or standing order with bank and there is no charge but agent wont allow that. i Have paid $100s on top of my rent over the years for no reason. that is money that I could have spent on my kids instead.

according to Australian law it's illegal for a real estate to not offer a way for you to pay rent that doesn't include additional fees outside of regular bank transaction fees. this app is a scam designed to bleed renters dry for every extra dollar and in today's economy that's disgusting. shame.
