Ratings and reviews

Expensive fee's for being an unnecessary middle man. Could simply direct debit straight from the account linked to Ailo. There is no benefit for the renter. The real estate should be wearing the fee's if they want to use these apps to manage the payments.

Hate it. Can't make automatic payments without paying a fee so I have to manually pay rent each week which increases the risk of missing a payment. This app only supports agents and landlords. I have pdf copies of all documents needed so this app is nothing but a waste of time and money.

WASTE OF TIME! AND EXTORTIONISTS! It either takes three days for my rent to come out of my bank, not pending still available for other bills to withdraw from it, or you charge me a $4 fee!!! this is the worst way of paying rent in the 22 years I've been renting for! I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS APP IS STILL ACTIVE WHEN THE 1 STAR REVIEWS GO BACK THREE PLUS YEARS! YOU SUCK Ailo! edit. you say there are fee free options but I've read the other reviews, you still take fees
